Founded in 2006, Convenient Care Associates, Inc. is a PA nonprofit and a full-service trade association and management group. We specialize exclusively in representing and convening companies focused on positively disrupting the traditional healthcare industry and offering accessible, affordable, quality care for all Americans.
For over 25 years, our leadership and management have been instrumental in positive disruptive healthcare trends.
CCA’s management and leadership have decades of experience in federal and state-wide policy strategy and execution within the health and human service and insurance areas. We specialize in short and long-term strategic planning, communications support, meeting and conference management, fundraising and business development.
Legal Formation & BOD/Organizational Insurance.
CCA will work with founding members to establish an organizational
purpose, mission, and official name of the Reference-Based Pricing Healthcare Trade Association. CCA will file legal papers for the new trade association, create bylaws and appropriate policies along with developing anti-trust statements. While CCA is insured, it will secure BOD and liability insurance coverage for the new association.
Financial Management & Reporting
CCA controller will work with the Board to establish an annual budget and prepare monthly financial statement for the Treasurer and Board. CCA adheres to GAAP standards. CCA will manage the accounts receivable process and record and deposit member dues and other income from programs, events, grants, contracts and sponsorships.
Communications Support & Strategy
CCA will provide the following communications support:

o Logo and Website development
o Press briefings

Strategic Planning & Positioning
CCA is experienced in developing both strategic plans, strategic directions and business plans for trade groups.
CCA recommends that the new trade association set up mission, annual goals and strategic directions. CCA will facilitate the discussion and writing of the plan with clear goals and objectives, which CCA will ensure are met.
Day-to-Day Membership Support Services
CCA will provide ongoing day-to-day member support, including but not limited to:
o Membership recruitment (CCA has an extensive track record in increasing membership, sponsorships and vendor dues)
o Member engagement
o Creation and maintenance of a
member data base, directory, and listserves
o Member support
Policy & Strategy Support
CCA is located in Philadelphia and in close proximity to Washington, D.C.. Our staff is seasoned in providing exemplar policy strategy and development:
o State-by-state policy analysis & research
o State and Federal legislation and regulation tracking
o Development of industry policy briefs o Bi-weekly reporting and updates
o Policy advocacy and state and
federal education, including submitting and presenting testimony
